Last weekend, I accidentally made the best pasta salad I've ever had - and it required absolutely no vegetable chopping!
If you hate cooking but love eating, this is definitely the recipe for you. Here's what you'll need:
1 box of pasta (any shape)
1 container of fresh salsa (I used Top Crop)
1 packet of Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
olive oil
vinegar
water
Start by boiling the water for the pasta. While the water is boiling, make the Italian dressing by following the ingredients on the package. When the dressing is done, put it in the fridge to keep it cool until you're ready for it. Cook and drain the pasta. (I was in a hurry to eat, so I ran my pasta under cool water while it was draining.) Next, pour the pasta into a large bowl, add all of the Italian dressing and half of the salsa. Mix everything together. You can either put it in the fridge to get nice and cool or enjoy immediately, depending on how hungry you are.
This is now the only way I will make pasta salad. It really can't get any easier :)
